What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. Developed by Joseph Pilates, this practice emphasizes controlled movements, proper alignment, and mindful breathing. Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to enhance your sports performance, or aiming to improve posture and reduce stress, Pilates offers a versatile approach tailored to individual needs. Suitable for all fitness levels, it is performed on a mat to help you build strength, prevent injuries, and support long-term wellness. The instructor guides you through controlled movements that target your core, improve posture, and increase body awareness.

What does a class
involve?

At our clinic, we offer small group Pilates sessions designed to support your specific goals and needs.
Small Group Pilates Classes (up to 10 participants): These 60-minute matwork classes focus on improving strength, flexibility, and mobility. Each session includes 45 minutes of guided exercises led by a trained Pilates instructor, incorporating small equipment such as resistance bands, stability balls, and mobility aids. After the workout, there is an optional 15-minute segment where participants can ask questions or receive additional guidance from the instructor.
Our Pilates classes are matwork-based, utilizing small strengthening and mobility tools.
Pilates is a versatile approach that can be part of a comprehensive wellness or rehabilitation plan. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to enhance your physical fitness, Pilates can help you achieve your goals.
